In the path to Self-Knowledge we learn to focus our attention on the Wisdom and we will learn fast, but we also forget fast. The forgetting comes naturally, just like that, but to remember we have to concentrate, again and again, on the knowledge, all spiritual teachings are somehow a kind of “hardware” that is already in us, but to remember we need the “right software”.
